She's brought her vehicle in multiple times due to a gas smell, but your technicians were unable to replicate the problem and sent her away. This occurred while her warranty was still active. Now that her warranty has expired, they have finally identified a leak that has cost approximately $2,000 to repair. This situation could have been avoided if proper attention had been given to diagnosing and fixing the issue when she first reported it. As a result, I will be filing a claim with the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission if we can't rectify this situation and come to an appropriate resolution to make things right! Additionally, I would like to inform current and prospective buyers that any extended warranties, GAP insurance, or Tire and Wheel Contracts are fully cancellable. To cancel, simply call the number listed on your contracts to request a cancellation. You will receive a percentage refund based on the mileage driven and the duration of vehicle ownership. As an expert in auto lending, I consistently raise these concerns with senior management to prevent similar issues from arising in the future. This is especially important when funding loans where consumers may struggle to fully utilize their warranties, as it can result in financial challenges for them. More

This whole "way of being" has been consistent and reliable for us since May, 2015. Greg Askew was our sales person for our Versa at that time. He is now one of the top managers for this dealership. This indicates their attitude of being good to their whole team in all the various departments. They all knew my husband who passed away 2 years ago. So now, as a widow of 75, it truly is comforting to have these trusted people to help look after me!!! I wish this type of service for everyone who comes through their door.
