Went in for an oil change plus the recommended 30k maintenance, and on the way back home while driving on the highway noticed some loose plastic pieces on the dashboard. They turned out to be the glov maintenance, and on the way back home while driving on the highway noticed some loose plastic pieces on the dashboard. They turned out to be the glove box stopper screws that were probably left there by the mechanic after installing the air filter. Not happy to have learned that, apparently, they don’t check their work. More

Had a very bad experience a couple of month ago. Had a major issue with steering wheel. Took the dealership 2 weeks to "fix" the problem without providing a courtesy car. In 2 days I had exactly the Had a major issue with steering wheel. Took the dealership 2 weeks to "fix" the problem without providing a courtesy car. In 2 days I had exactly the same issue with a car. Took another 2 weeks to fix the problem without providing a courtesy car. Got other problems with engine definitely related to the fixing of the steering wheel. This dealership might be good to perform a simple tasks (oil change, tire rotation) but definitely not for more complex assignments. More

Terrible mechanic service: They replaced my left strut, and just two months later, I found the three nuts on top were not even tightened. To make matters worse, when I needed emergency assistance, they re and just two months later, I found the three nuts on top were not even tightened. To make matters worse, when I needed emergency assistance, they refused to provide it. Instead, they simply told me to drop off the car and wait for my turn like it was just any other routine service. This is gross negligence and shows a complete disregard for safety and customer care. Their incompetence and indifference are absolutely disgraceful. More

This dealership is able to set up an appointment efficiently that will fit your schedule. When you arrive for your appointment you are greeted, paperwork is ready, plan of service is reviewed and t efficiently that will fit your schedule. The waiting area with rest rooms is clean, comfortable seating, television, coffee. If there are things along the way that need to be addressed, service manager stops and comes to discuss and for me brakes were needed which could be done at that time. I am new to the area, and this dealership is excellent. More
