Had an awful experience today. I was told my vehicle was ready for pick up and I told my advisor Celeste that I would pick up my vehicle later in the night. I came to pick up my ve I was told my vehicle was ready for pick up and I told my advisor Celeste that I would pick up my vehicle later in the night. I came to pick up my vehicle and was told that they dc not have my keys because the service department didn't leave my keys with them. xxx. It is barely 6:11pm and I got my call at 3:50pm. Absolutely ridiculous. I told them to get me an Uber home because I already got dropped off because I was expecting to get my car. Waste of time and money. This is the second time I get bad communication from this place. At this point I should take my vehicle to get serviced elsewhere More
