Excellent service! My sister is on disability so I help my father with her everyday life. Her Prius had some issues so we had it towed to Avondale Toyota. During the process there was miscommunication. I can't begin to tell you how I received the most incredible customer service ever! Immediately Cejay the service manager stepped in and not only made things right but went above and beyond!! You see what was more important to him was that we were satisfied so Toyota would have repeat business. He also thanked me for bringing it to his attention because it was a learning situation that they needed to go over so it wouldn't happen again. I am so impressed with the service we received!
