They were able to fix my car when a different dealership
said nothing was wrong with it. The fix was extensive and took way longer than expected but they were great about communicating daily with updates.

Matt, the service manager sucks. I’ve worked in customer service my whole career & his attitude toward me & the problems with my car leaves a lot to be desired. I’m still waiting for an email back from him, as well as a call from the GM that Matt said he would make happen. Also waiting for someone to reach out regarding the Google review I left in which a representative responded saying they would review my case & reach out & no one ever did. I gave up hope on anyone caring & I certainly don’t want a call now, but again, since you’re still asking me to leave a review, I’m leaving a review.
The last time they had my car, I asked them to fix my driver side window because it rattled & they fixed the rattling, but now the window doesn’t roll down all way, it sticks up about a quarter inch which is just comical at this point.
Calysta is the only good thing about that place. She’s always friendly & helpful & acts like she actually cares, which is all I really wanted from anyone. <3 you, Calysta.
