Waited until after holiday, Saturday, because of obligations, was turned away. Would not even look at the vehicle until January 4 to even diagnose the problem. Now I’m informed it will be another 2 weeks before the part will even ship. No temporary vehicle, nothing offered to help the situation. Apparently this is a real issue with Subaru and it needs a recall issued. More
