Michael, thanks for your response. My number is 713-825-4377. I have always had a great experience with Chase servicing my 2017 350 Rx. On 3/9/21, the same day we had our 350 RX serviced (we also purchased 2 new tires) we purchased a 2019 GX 460 with 19,500 mileage from Catalina. We had a very good experience with her. The disappointment is that before selling the vehicle they should have done the 20,000 service. Catalina said her manager will not approve it because of the price I got. I’m also trying to get a second key for that car.
