"Mechanic" left a half tight quart of oil in my car. It all leaked out soaking the carpet so bad that it leaked out the bottom of the car leaving a puddle of oil on my brand new untreated garage floor. Service manager was rude and refused to replace my carpet and gave some lame excuse how it's my fault because I provided my own oil among other lame excuses. Said he could pressure wash it. FOH. I will never bring my car back and I will advise the entire local Z and G community not to as well. More

I just wanted to send a huge thank you to Shannon Casey in Ted Russell Nissan's Service Department. He always takes the best care of my husband and I when we come in...and is the reason I drive past the N in Ted Russell Nissan's Service Department. He always takes the best care of my husband and I when we come in...and is the reason I drive past the Nissan dealer at the airport from Maryville to service my Maxima. He always explains what is going on with my car without making me feel stupid since I do not know much about cars. His genuine and down to Earth personality makes me feel so comfortable to come in without my husband for service. So the here is the other reason for this post. My check engine light came on my car and I gave Shannon a call. He got me in on the same day and found out my car had an internal oil leak. This freaked me out since we were headed to Florida soon for vacation. Shannon assured me that he would be able to get my car fixed for me before we had to leave....and he did just that. I was worried I would have to rent a car for my family to go on vacation but that did not happen. He got it fixed correctly and as usual my visit in and out was painless. This meant so much to me and my family. So a big thank you to Shannon and all the rest of Ted Russell Nissan's Service Department for going above and beyond getting our car ready for our summer vacation. Thanks again as always!!!! More
