This has been our second vehicle purchase in the same year with this dealership. With both times, the experience has been not only surprisingly positive, but both times- even better than expected. Noah is excellent at what he does- very polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. Unlike other dealerships, Southfork actually does what they can to get the customer the best rates possible and work the numbers so the customer gets the best deal possible. From the first phone call until the final walking out the door with keys in hand, you’re treated extremely well and it leaves you with the desire to return for future business. If you need to take some time to pause the process and think things through, they are patient and not pushy about it. We had bought a Challenger ScatPack at the beginning of the year and loved every bit of it. Now, at the end of the year, we found ourselves needing a good truck. We traded in the challenger with some negative equity and still came out better than anticipated with the price on the brand new truck. The test drive was adequate to get the feel of the truck to make sure it was going to meet our needs- which it exceeded. Noah was excellent about answering any and all questions we had throughout the entire process, and was very good about working the deal based off of OUR needs. When transitioning from the sales negotiation part to the finance part, he walked us through it all and was ready to greet us again after the paperwork part was done. For the second time in a year, we were pleasantly surprised by the end of the deal and happy with the payment amount. It’s very safe to say that we will be returning for our next vehicle purchase when the time comes. I definitely recommend Southfork Dodge to anyone looking for their next vehicle.
