One phone call, no waiting for an answer and scheduled in a matter of second. Dropped my car off and received a call as soon as it was done. My truck as expected was pristine. Settled up with Casey and was on my way. Days like this only come when I am dealing with Casey and your service department. It's also amazing how she remembers who I am with all the people coming and going. There was only one disappointing thing.....cookies where all gone by the time I got there. LOL More

I took my Explorer for Oil Change, they later mentioned that my rear brakes are worn out, front are okay. I agreed to replace both rotor and pad. After couple weeks, I started feeling vibration while braking, and again i took my car back to the dealership, now they are saying my front is bad. This is insane. Please avoid this place. More
