Staff was helpful and informative. They give you a fair price to begin with so you don't have to bargain. I'd recommend visiting during off-peak hours as they got very busy on Saturday afternoon. They offered all the typical car purchase fluff (buy happy program, extended warranty, etc), but they didn't fight too hard about it if you declined. Good price for my trade in. More

Unbelievable Experience I purchased my vehicle from Morrie's on October 13, 2018, it was a pre certified 2015 CX9 due to recommendations from my sister in law. My vehicle sto I purchased my vehicle from Morrie's on October 13, 2018, it was a pre certified 2015 CX9 due to recommendations from my sister in law. My vehicle stopped on me October 29, 2018, it took their Mazda roadside assistance 28 hours to tow the vehicle from a side street in St Paul to Minnetonka. My car was left unlock for all of this time and on this morning after they finally got it and had their service department look at it, they tell the motor is out on the vehicle but Mazda will be sending a brand new motor. The management staff of Pete and Casey were unbelievably uncharismatic, no sympathy or empathy and slightly rude during this process. The car was suppose to go to Inver Grove location as it was closer to St Paul where the car was stranded and their service manager Dustin fall right in line with Pete and Casey, horrible experience with these individuals and are in the wrong line of business because they lack the understanding of Customer Service. But I will say that my sales rep Curt at Minnetonka seem to me to have character, integrity and seems to be a good person with a good heart. Curt was truly amazing during this process because of his characteristics as a person. I am not sure if any a course in customer service with help these individuals as some of these traits just have to come from within and they just don't have it within themselves. At this point in time I wouldn't refer anyone to Morrie's, I didn't BUY Happy, and very dissatisfied with the lack of service that was provided to me. More

Some misrepresentation, but overall a reputable dealer. I did a lot of research about Morrie's Mazda after I found a $2,999 Chevy Cavalier on AutoTrader that was there. I found them to be a very reputable d I did a lot of research about Morrie's Mazda after I found a $2,999 Chevy Cavalier on AutoTrader that was there. I found them to be a very reputable dealership. I was looking specifically for a rust-free vehicle, and was very interested in the Cavalier when the salesperson assured me multiple times that there was no rust on it. I am from Michigan, and purchased the vehicle without seeing it because of all of the positive reviews of the dealership and the BBB rating of A+. I got it shipped to Michigan, and when it got here there was rust all over the rocker panels, which is not what I expected at all. I gave the sales manager, Andrew, a call to let him know that I was not thrilled with the condition of the vehicle and that I did not want it because it had rust on it, and that there was miscommunication between the salesperson and I. After sending him pictures of the rust, Andrew ended up seeing where I was coming from and was willing to refund my purchase price and also pay for the return shipping of the car. I really appreciated how Andrew handled the situation, and how he really helped me out with getting the car back to them. The car was pretty decent, and I understand that rust is common in Minnesota, but I was convinced by the salesperson that there was no rust on it and believed it because the dealership was otherwise very reputable. I was looking for a totally rust-free car, and unfortunately that was not the one I was looking for. Overall, I do think that Morrie's Minnetonka Mazda is a reputable dealer, and there was just some serious miscommunication from the salesperson. Andrew jumped through many hoops to keep me happy, even though I was originally not satisfied with the car because it was misrepresented. Casey in the finance department was also very helpful in the process of paying for the car originally and was friendly and easy to work with. I am grateful that Andrew was so considerate and willing to help me with the situation any way he could. More

Service department at Morries Mazda is awsome. Setting apointment took seconds rather than minutes as by my phone number they already seem to know me and my car. I can trust them not to recomend unnecessary work, thats why I still take my van to them even though its 15 year old. More

We came in to see a used truck and he was very helpful giving us the information we needed. He was very low pressure and had a great outlook on the dealership and company. You could tell he was proud of what the dealership stood for. Casey was also very helpful in financing and made the process pleasent. In addition, they towed our old Escape from another dealership at no cost and matched what others where going to trade in for our old car. Very impressed with this dealership and would use them next time we are looking for a new car. More

Definitely "Bought Happy"!!! Went in with my wife to buy a Speed 3 I was considering/discussing with Montrell for some time, and ended up buying the Speed and a new Skyactiv 3! Mo Went in with my wife to buy a Speed 3 I was considering/discussing with Montrell for some time, and ended up buying the Speed and a new Skyactiv 3! Montrell made the process easy, and a lot of fun. Even though he was working with multiple people, he showed a genuine interest and concern for my wife and me. After purchasing the speed, there were a couple of things I noticed (being as picky as I am), and everyone at Morries who I talked to made sure to do everything in their power to resolve my concerns (at no extra charge to me!). I still stop in pretty much every time I pass the dealership just to say hi, and discuss all things Mazda with Montrell, as I consider him to be a friend, and have recommended him to anyone who tells me they are looking for a car. Definitely ask for Trell!!! More

THANK YOU MORRIE'S! I recently upgraded to a Mazda 3 from the 2000 Impala I had been driving since College. I have never had to go through the car buying experience alone before so I was apprehensive and overwhelmed. I walked into Morrie's and let them know I was a little nervous, they paired me with Curt Bjorkland, a friendly, patient and kind sales associate that ended up being a perfect fit for me. He shopped car options while I was busy at work and texted me photos & links, within two days I had my new vehicle picked out and only had to test drive it once before I knew it was perfect! Curt really listened to my needs in a vehicle and found the perfect fit for me. It didn't take much effort on my part and for that I am thankful, they went out of their way to make my car buying experience as easy as possible. Now I am enjoying my 2011 Mazda 3 and I can't thank everyone at the Morrie's Mazda store enough. I would HIGHLY recommend Morrie's Mazda for both sales & service. They are trustworthy and friendly which is why I'll be a customer for life. More
