I worked with Glen and Casey for a couple of days over the internet trying to come to a deal on a new vehicle for my wife. They worked on the numbers and made me feel like they wanted my business. I filled out some of the paperwork online before going in, which made it much easier. Once e got there, we were greeted by everyone and were in and out in an hour and a half, but I was not hurried by them, I already owned the same vehicle so I knew everything about it and didn't need my hand held, but Glen was willing to give me the time, if needed. I buy vehicles every 2 to 3 years and this is the only time that I feel like they actually wanted my business. I hope to deal with Crown again for my future vehicles. Thanks More
