Casey was overly thorough, professional and prompt with his communication and knowledge of the vehicle we were interested in. Ultimately we didn’t complete the purchase but it was due to an unforeseen fam his communication and knowledge of the vehicle we were interested in. Nice people, easy to talk to. Casey was terrific! I needed clarity about taxes & fees, however, & I’m not sure it would have occurred had I not been buying on the VSPP plan. I sug Casey was terrific! I needed clarity about taxes & fees, however, & I’m not sure it would have occurred had I not been buying on the VSPP plan. I suggest that for taxes & fees, for which there are many, that detail is always provided, including internet links to Oregon state rules, & county rules. I purchased from this dealership also because dealer installed options that I don’t want to pay for are not included without the customer asking for them. I will visit this dealership for another new car in the future. More
