BEWARE! !! False advertisement is going here. Read all the fine print. Management unreasonably marks up the price. Force you into paying for a paint protectio !! False advertisement is going here. Force you into paying for a paint protection that you’ve never even witnessed to and on top of that they claim it to be optional, but isn’t at all. The finance person is extremely pushy and I had to reject more than five times for the extended warranty. He even went to the extent of using scare tactics to guilt me into purchasing the warranty. I’d highly recommend not to purchase from Bill Kay. Terrible experience and is the sole reason I hate shopping for cars at dealerships. More

Donnie, I understand the operation of your marketing scheme. As a consumer I’ve never felt more cheated. The way you all are adding to the sticker price is plain wrong! It is like if you were to go to the grocery store and buy a gallon of milk that is price one way on the shelf, then proceed to checkout and the cashier tells you that the grocery store has added an additional charge to the gallon of milk and the price is more than the shelf price shows. It is unheard of!!
