He appraised my car for a very fair value. After explaining all the details I felt very confident that I was in good hands. He called for my payoff and even helped me clean out my belongings. I noticed that he really cares about the customer. After promptly cutting a check back to me for the difference he was able to have a very nice man Ray drive me home.
