Worst car buying experience of my life. Four different people intervened but were all disconnected. Was unable to get clear answers on MSRP difference in website with the correct unit ident Four different people intervened but were all disconnected. Was unable to get clear answers on MSRP difference in website with the correct unit identified by VIN. Did not obtain satisfaction but was exhausted of waiting during the 5 hours spent at dealership. Left without explanation of vehicle features.and many unexplained charges, with salesperson even alluding to “you know how the hidden fees are?” I should have walked out but my wife was excited about her first nee car in 30 years and we just wanted to finish transaction and go home. I did not leave satisfied with the experience, did not get the advertised deal and left with buyer’s remorse. I shook hands on deal with the finance guy, not my salesperson. A different staff member put plate and sent us away. Never reconciled with salesperson and some car features (MyHyundai account) were incorrectly setup and issue not resolved for 3 days (purchase on Saturday). Nobody in dealership was able to explain/show vehicle features because the “tech guy” was not working Saturday. After this experience, I see little value stepping into dealership, will use car broker next time. More
