Carolina was ok, didn't really do much. ..and doesn't get back when she says she will. Still waiting for her to get back to me on a lease, said she would call me on Monday...it's Wednesday! ..and doesn't get back when she says she will. Jacky Hwang was horrible ( 0 stars if I could) and definitely looking back he was just your typical used car salesman hiding in the finacnce department! I went back to financing and just wanted to see how much GAP and a warranty would be...he said it would be $50 more a month (not bad). He made it seam like there is an itnital charge of $187.50 for the warranty that couldn't be added to the financing even though 4 other items including key replacement, ding protection, ceramic coating and tire repair were included. Weird, but thought those 4 items were the dealership part and the warranty for the electronics and engine components was a third party...no biggie ( I thought). Turns out they messed up and the payment didn't go through, so I had to pay a few days later...he mentioned on the email that it was $187.50 additional per month. I freaked out of course cause that's a lot on top of the car payment. He then called and said it's just $187.50 so I paid it. Then I get an email a few days later saying it's actually $187.50 A xxxxING MONTH! So I had to cancel that cause that's crazy! On top of all that, all the other items that were added to financing wasn't even part of that $187.50 per month...and I did't need those or want all that in the beginning...Jacky made it seem like it was a package deal. Anyway, it's been cancelled and now I'm in the waiting and hoping (fingers crossed) I get my refund on all this extra garbage that I didn't want. I just wanted a basic warranty for peace of mind like I've added many times on many other vehicles. Yes, I do blame myself for being in a hurry during signing and not taking the time to make sure I'm not being lied to. But Jacky was purposely miss leading to sell the warranty. I'm usually very critical of salesman but once you get back to financing it's usually straight forward. THIS WAS THE WORSE PURCHASING EXPERIENCE IN OVER 30 VEHICLES I'VE PURCHASED. Be better than I was, but also know that this specific finance (salesman) isn't professional and not honest! More
