When asked why they didn't do that the first time they told me my truck is ultimately my responsibility. 0/10 stars, ever since this location was purchased my a corporate Miami group it has immensely gone to garbage. Save your money and go to Mullinax of Vero. Or literally any other dealership. It's a shame that this dealership has fallen to corporate greed. Still waiting for a call back from the GM to resolve the repair service amd treatment my family received. They also have some of the highest dealer fees for Ford in FL.
