I took my car to the dealer for oil change, brakes pads and battery replacement. The same day I went to pick up my car it already had a service message on the dashboard and they called me and said everyt and battery replacement. Then I returned and took them at least 3 weeks to diagnose what my car needed. I paid almost $2000 in lest than a month for a service that wasn’t fast nor excellent. And whenever I called my service advisor I had to wait for hours or days to get a call back. She was almost impossible to reach More

With the exception of my service advisor which is awesome!!!Everything was lousy from the time I picked up my loaner which it took over an hour to the time I was called to pick up my vehicle it took awesome!!!Everything was lousy from the time I picked up my loaner which it took over an hour to the time I was called to pick up my vehicle it took 2 weeks later!!! Compre un servicio de mantenimiento por $799 y ahora resulta que dicen que está expirado , jamas me dijeron que eso expiraba con el millaje o en determinada fecha, en fin que lo he usado pocas veses, as resulta que dicen que está expirado , jamas me dijeron que eso expiraba con el millaje o en determinada fecha, en fin que lo he usado pocas veses, así que al final me han robado mi dinero.
