I really enjoyed my time spent purchasing my Chevrolet Colorado. Carly was very proffesional and knew her vehicles well. Carly found just the correct vehicle in my price range and for my needs. ;I was not told I would receive only one key fob until it was time to go. For someone in their 80's this is not good now I have to get another. I was told the oil would be changed and the percentage would be was time to go. For someone in their 80's this is not good now I have to get another. I was told the oil would be changed and the percentage would be updated this never happened. Their was all kinds of blue paint on the passenger side door jam from when the car was repaired from being in an accident and this was not done. The front license plate bracket was was never installed before our visit to pick up the car and they tried to send me home by throwing the plate on the dash and told me I am all set to go...yes really. Nothing was ready for my confirmed appointment when we arrived and I had made this clear it was important as my wife is severely handicapped and also suffers dementia but had to be their to sign for the title. Not a good experience. Also still waiting for 10 dollar check as it seems we overpaid. Carly was the only person that did everything she could to help us and kept apologizing for everyone else. I love the car but am disappointed in the service and poor communication on your part. sincerely a GM customer for over 60 years More

Carly my sales rep made the purchase a fun, easy experience. Nothing like any dealership I dealt with and I spent months every day looking at cars and talking to sales reps, it was exhausting. No fu experience. Nothing like any dealership I dealt with and I spent months every day looking at cars and talking to sales reps, it was exhausting. No funny games or high pressure, it was fun, they gave me a great deal and completely stress free. I came in out the blue the 2nd time, my sales rep Carly was doing 2 deliveries so I said I could test drive the car myself, but the finance manager Rodrigo said he would go with so she could deliver her cars and it was so much fun he showed me all the features of the car and I was very impressed because he was not one of the sales reps and knew his product well. Very low pressure and I could focus on enjoying the vehicle and learning it. Dan the sales manager was very nice and low pressure. He took the offer I made on the first request. They also took extra time after making the sale to help me get use to it and learning all the new features as I never owned a truck and haven't driven a new vehicle in a long time. It was a really cool experience. Nothing like any other dealership I went to. They have a cool team and I'm really glad I purchased my vehicle from them. Carly went over all the new technology that comes with the vehicle. I forgot my water bottle at the dealership and she washed it for me and saved it and when I came back to pick it up, she took my car through their car wash for me. I really recommend regardless where you're shopping or planning on purchasing your car, to make a stop in this dealership and see what they can offer. More
