He gave me attitude when I opted out of purchasing the car warranty, telling me at that time that the car I was buying is known to have electrical issues. Thanks for telling me after purchasing just to try and upsell a warranty. And BTW, showing someone a 1 page black and white piece of paper with 5 warranty options is not explaining the warranty. It felt like he was just trying to sell me something. He then made a snide remark about the 2.5% credit card fee I was being charged for putting the down payment on my credit card…”you’ll pay $157 in finance charges but won’t pay $2000 to protect your car.” Totally unacceptable and unprofessional! More
