My experience was smooth and the dealership was very friendly and helpful. Carlos Toledo was able to quickly get me set up with a special ordered car with a good deal, and Jessie Johnson helped me fully friendly and helpful. Both were very patient as I figured out where my documents were. All of my questions were answered and I never felt rushed. Pushy salesman was not happy I did not take their trade in offer of less than half of give me the vin .com and was difficult and not knowledgeable about working with a bank that was not their financing dep in offer of less than half of give me the vin .com and was difficult and not knowledgeable about working with a bank that was not their financing department. Shop around for trade ins and financing before going in. Only go here if this is the only place that has the car you need. More
