Picked out this beauty a few days ago and Sean Salem made It happen!!! He always goes above and beyond for each and every customer and makes the whole car buying experience much more enjoyable. Robby was wonderful throughout the whole process. Unassuming, no pressure. Very knowledgeable. I initially went in for a Chevy Traverse, but it didn't have enough of storage/cargo space. I currently own GMC Yukon XL and liked the space, but not necessarily the height. During my second visit to Colonial-West, Robby mentioned a dealer vehicle that might be available. Needless to say it had everything I wanted including the tow package. I also managed to get a great deal and also use the GM Rewards and Costco Auto Program benefit to defray some expanse. I hope to visit them in the future for service and will review at that time. All in all, great experience-no pressure, knowledgeable staff. Would recommend Robby and Colonial - West to everyone looking. More
