I gave that the benefit of the doubt about a test drive and asked numerous times about the vehicle having been road tested. The technician who worked on the car was asked and the technician said it was only driven in the dealer lot and maybe around the block that was it then and only then I explained i asked this because my vehicle had 15 miles driven while being in your service dept. . The vehicle had 15 miles from in to out and also my gas average miles per gallon since the 15 miles driven while in service went down by 8 average miles of gas consumption per gallon which is suspect to the vehicle being driven hard. So if you can explain and justify why you would need to do this on a service to my vehicle I will listen.
