Sometimes things are out of our control when we depend on other people to complete a service but Carlos made sure that my service request was completed and I was treated right. I will not second guess using Sheehan Cadillac for my service needs in the future. I sold the truck that was serviced and that went well. Thanks again! More

I had issue with the lock if the rear door. I called service department spoke with Carlos he suggested to try something but it need service. Carlos scheduled me for service. It’s all business but waiting for my car to be serviced wasn’t that bad waiting 21/2 hours. Waiting area very nice coffee machine really nice. Overall I like this dealership. Car was filthy. Mechanical Grease fingerprints on vehicle and blue tire glue all over tires and wheels. Tire pressures all different by up to 5 pounds on brand new Mechanical Grease fingerprints on vehicle and blue tire glue all over tires and wheels. Tire pressures all different by up to 5 pounds on brand new tires according to digital sensor on dash. New tires are so noisy that im seriously questioning whether an alignment was even done, but if it was then these new bridgestones are very loud..totally not expected by cadillac. More
