Terrible dealership. Nucar or Boch, or whatever they want to call themselves, they still employ incompetent people. I came info for an oil change and left with my tire falling off. Almost dieing on route 1 woke me up and I realized what these people are made of. Absolutely no accountability. You can write reviews and their reply will be "We have no history of this" "when did this happen???" But I forgot, I got offered $200 for my troubles. Wow, aren't I lucky (sarcasm). If you wind up on route 1 because Nucar/Boch didnt screw your tire on, DO NOT give them any opportunity to try and fix your vehicle and as I was told "make it up to you". File a police report and go through your insurance. That way their is traceability and everyone is held accountable. Do yourself a favor and move on and find other dealerships and service centers. May 18, 2022: I worked with Service Director Carlos Rovira at Norwood Boch Toyota after Stanley Wong got my Toyota Yaris inspected for a problem with the air conditioning system not blowing cool air. I was shocked and frustrated at how much the repair would cost. I would not be able to meet the expense and was not looking forward to driving my car during the upcoming hot and humid summer without AC. Carlos Rovira gave me immediate attention. He was right on board with my problem, he never dismissed my comments, and he dealt with me directly and let me know he wanted to do for me whatever he could. He worked out a solution that was affordable for me, and he and Stanley Wong even offered me round trip transportation home while I waited for my AC to be serviced, which I did not take advantage of because the environment and customer lounge at Boch Toyota Norwood is excellent. The worst experience ever!! Sales managers and mostly TO manager Menny very rude and aggressive, he's a tall guy that his only job it is to intimidate you. This was our 3rd vehicle purchased with them, and again a bad experience but now we had learned our lesson and never again. After having an issue with the remote connect services for a 2020 Toyota Rav4 Limited Hybrid something that it should be an easy fix right? NO this has been the nightmare of the nightmares, they have been trying to fix this since April tis year and so far it has been lies after lies and excuses, We involved Toyota USA into it and also there's no accurate information also coming from them. There's no straight forward communication also between them, Toyota USA and Bock Toyota, they definitely lack of accurate communication between them, and every time that i call one part say one thing and the other say's something very different Carlos their service manager lied to my face saying that the issue with the Application was because the vehicle was purchased under Buyer and Co buyer and for that reason the service wasn't working witch it turned into being a big lie according to Toyota USA and common sense. Me and my family been thru enough and now we are seeking for legal representation against the Dealership and it doesn't matter if this will take some time and it will cost me money. Enough is enough. I didn't have any luck here. Went for a diagnosis. Toyota dealership should be able to diagnose a 2008 Tundra problem. Went 3 times, got 3 different diagnoses. All not the problem.
