Not very helpful, trying to sell you service you don’t need. Tried to sell me axle fluid change and transfer case fluid change on a vehicle with 35,000 miles. The service interval for the fluid change is not till 100,000 -120,000 miles. When you ask for something to be done in service he says the mechanic can’t preform any exhausted work for a leak. Just not very pleased with the service writer. More
