Carlos was very sincere, friendly and patience. He listened to our expectations and provided his advice based on our needs. We didn't expect to bought the car right away but we did because of him. Mario from the finance team is very professional, calm and patience. There was some issue with the insurance but he waited patiently and making sure that issue is resolved so that we could bring the car home. More
