As of this month, we have now leased our 5th Honda and two Toyotas from Conicelli in our family. Sales Rep Carlos Navarro was involved in each transaction. Met with Carlos to test drive a 2020 Pilot. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, answered all our questions, and responsive to our needs. He was patient, actively listened to us and neve extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, answered all our questions, and responsive to our needs. He was patient, actively listened to us and never pressured or pressed us to make a purchase. Then we were introduced to Tim who was most accommodating. He provided us an explanation of the various discounts that were available. Again with no pressure to make a decision. Then we met with Kristina who reviewed the various warranties. Throughout the process we were very impressed. At the time of final purchase all three individuals made the experience of buying a car very pleasant. This is why we have returned to Conicelli since 1996. More
