Carlos is great. He quickly scheduled the service to address a potential coolant leak. He provided a loaner car so I could continue working. The leak turned out to be He quickly scheduled the service to address a potential coolant leak. He provided a loaner car so I could continue working. The leak turned out to be oil from a defective o ring on the oil filter. Carlos had the repairs completed the next day and at no charge due to the filter being replaced in the last few weeks. The service technician also found the battery weak and replaced the battery. This saved me from having a dead battery on the road , getting towed and another service trip. Great job. More
