Poor custom service. I have a new 2023 with the extended service agreement. This includes dent and scratch repair. I asked where do I bring my car I was told that her service manager instructed her not to give me any information and not to discuss it with me. I asked to be transferred to finance and was denied because they didn’t know anything and are not up the latest information. I called back and spoke with Carlos who told me to bring my car to another dealer and be put on a waiting list. I brought my car to a private body shop and I am having the repair done also having to pay for a rental. As of today am still waiting for the callback from a manager . I will be not advised anyone to do business with you More

Dorian used my social security number to apply for an EV tax credit paid to the dealership without my consent. I told my sales rep and finance manager that I was not eligible for the tax credit. They then c tax credit paid to the dealership without my consent. I told my sales rep and finance manager that I was not eligible for the tax credit. They then committed identity theft and tax fraud by usimg my social security number without my consent to receive the tax credit on my behalf. When I negotiated the price I was told the jeep was being discounted without the tax credit being applied. I have been getting the run around from contacts at the dealership over the last two weeks without any resolution. I will need to repay $3750 to the IRS because of the Dealerships tax fraud and identity theft. Stay away from this Dealership. It is full of liars and thieves. More
