Carlos the representative was very helpful starting when I dropped off my car. I had put my keys in the drop box and then noticed the light was on in my locked car. The communication is excellent. They text photos of any issues (my car had mice droppings in the air filter and fan box several times.) The area where drop-off and pick-up occurs is clean, neat and bright. Before I found Curry Toyota, I had not been using a dealership for service for over 20 years, as I had bad experiences and didn't trust them. I feel comfortable now with Curry Toyota. More
