With over 22 years of experience in the automotive industry, Carlos Masso has developed a well-rounded expertise across multiple facets of the business. He began his career in the Internet department, quickly progressing to the sales floor, where he honed his skills in customer service and sales. Over the years, Carlos has held key roles, including Finance Manager, New Car Manager, and Used Car Manager, giving him a comprehensive understanding of both the sales and financial sides of the industry. A native of Pompano Beach, Florida, Carlos is deeply connected to his roots. He grew up with one brother and two sisters and is now a proud father to two Shih Tzus, Gizmo and Apollo. Outside of work, Carlos enjoys snorkeling and is an avid enthusiast of classic cars, with the Buick Grand National holding a special place as his favorite.

This dealership was more personable, and easier to come to a deal with than most dealerships. I ordered a 2005 Z4 M40i with the handschalter pkg that arrived at the dealership earlier than I anticipated so to a deal with than most dealerships. Although the staff was very friendly, I had to ask questions to multiple people before getting an answer. I kept having to reach out to them when I was assured I would get a call back. Additionally, I requested several times to deal with a different sales person or directly with the sales manager. I made it clear that I didn't care for the sales person and did not want to deal with her but yet, she wasn't told anything, so I had no choice but to continue to work with her. If the vehicle wasn't such a great deal, I would have walked away. I also had a negative experience at Vista Coconut Creek almost 10 years ago. Going forward, I will not deal with Vista anymore. I walked away with a beautiful vehicle but the experience was dreadful. More
