By the time I was called to process the rental, my Rep walked over and said " You won't need it, your vehicle is done." Suggest Manly have more than 1 Rental agent working the morning shift. Plus, please streamline the Agent-Customer conversation to completing the transaction only, while several others were also waiting for a rental. She was oblivious to all the folks also waiting for a rental Efficiency is more important than carrying on your personal conversation. Lost 3 hours work, but happy I didn't have to re-fill the gas, drive back to pick up my vehicle, etc. More
