This was my first time visiting this place, and unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. I was told at the end that my Jeep would be properly cleaned and detailed, but after all the issues, it w unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. I was told at the end that my Jeep would be properly cleaned and detailed, but after all the issues, it was returned to me still very dirty both inside and outside. I’m very disappointed with the service. I would not recommend this place, but unfortunately, it’s the only Jeep dealership close to Gilroy. More

Thanks for your assistance in getting service for my Gladiator! I had a very short window of opportunity and they were able to fit me in. I'm glad we have a local CDJR dealer!! I asked to have my 5500 ram to be aligned because it was pulling to the right…. Only had 8k, it had been pulling the day I bought it, the service writer had All kinds of excuses not to 😡😡😡 it’s ok anothe pulling to the right…. First, I want to start out and say that the Service Advisor Brian Meneses was really trying to provide good customer service. However, a diagnostic was not done upfront causing me to be inconvenienced Advisor Brian Meneses was really trying to provide good customer service. However, a diagnostic was not done upfront causing me to be inconvenienced without a vehicle for 5 weeks. We brought the vehicle home end of December and notice that the vehicle was not working/ functioning. So had to take back to the Service dept. At that time, they finally produced a diagnostic and found several major problems with the vehicle and an additional astronomical additional bill. We have been taking our Chrysler 300 to Gilroy Chrysler,Jeep, Dodge Ram for 20 years and have NEVER experienced this type of service. Also they didn’t offer us a loaner car during this process. I would not refer their dealership/service dept to anyone at this point. Total invoice for the two invoices was…$7000+. More
