Completely rude manager. He would not honor the hassle free 3 day exchange policy Brandon Honda claims to have for a new purchased vehicle. My vehicle had bird stains that ru He would not honor the hassle free 3 day exchange policy Brandon Honda claims to have for a new purchased vehicle. My vehicle had bird stains that ruined the paint and a faulty windshield rubber trim. Was told by him that the windshield "might" have been replaced. Gave me two options, replace the car with a color I didn't want with an upcharge or keep the faulty car. More
