You trained your sales people to SMILE and be extra nice. . but once the deal is closed.. they throw you to the service department with grumpy and sad advisors.. who lack people skills & sense of respect & a . but once the deal is closed.. they throw you to the service department with grumpy and sad advisors.. who lack people skills & sense of respect & a smile. My brand new car still has issues, minor, but still bugging me. I'm very unhappy with your service advisors who had never thought of at least washing my car once before they deliver it back to me unfixed (was in service twice). The car was not even detailed when I bought it.. they just threw it out of the show room to the parking lot , for me to pick it up the next day.. they had 24 hours to do that. More
