The car took way to long to come off the production line for a customer who ordered a custom vehicle but I do not fault the dealership for that. What I fault them for is the experience after the vehicle arr for a customer who ordered a custom vehicle but I do not fault the dealership for that. What I fault them for is the experience after the vehicle arrived. I was notified and all the sudden it was endless texts and phone calls to come get the vehicle when the vehicle had been on the lot less than 24 hours. I had no time to get my finances together and had to take off work to finalize the deal yet once I found the time 2 days later it was not good enough because my sales reps had to pick up his kids. My time was suddenly not valuable then. I have never seen a dealership treat a customer like that should work around the salesman time. I had already taken off work and showed up anyway but the other sales guy who was assigned then treated me like I was a burden and he had clients of his own coming even though the place was deserted and no one was in the showroom or the lot but myself. He never showed me any of the features instead the vehicle and left be to fend for myself. Lucky for me my friend has an Escalade and was able to help me the next day set up the XT6. Not the experience I was expecting. More
