I don’t think the phones even work at Oakes Kia. There is absolutely zero communication after you purchase the car. I took my car in after purchasing it for a simple fix that they said would take a There is absolutely zero communication after you purchase the car. I took my car in after purchasing it for a simple fix that they said would take a day. It is now 2 weeks later and the only words I have heard from them have been when I personally drove up their in another vehicle of mine (not a loaner from them) to FINALLY hear what they couldn’t do to fix my car. I have called numerous times throughout the week each day to try and hear anything about it for an update and have been continuously hung up on, told “I would be reached out to asap” for nothing to happen unless I manage to call everybody in their office. Extremely unprofessional and sketchy nonetheless. I will never be buying a car from Oakes Kia again. More
