Other than Sonja being helpful and great it was horrible. I was mislead in my trade in value by Chad Musiek. I came in looking for a particular used Jetta, but discovered it had been sold the day before. Yasser was very patient in showing me a used GLI and letting my wife and I come to the decision to spend discovered it had been sold the day before.
