I had a check ready loan to buy the car with big down payment. But Carlo here said either I have to finance with them or the person who was coming later in the day to look at same car would get it over m payment. We would like to clear up a few inaccurate points you made in your review that have negatively reflected on our dealership and Carlo's role here at the dealership. There was a lot of interest in the specific vehicle you had your eye on in the very short time we had it after taking it in on trade. We did, in fact, have two very unhappy customers later that day when they were informed the vehicle had sold. Carlo's advice to you was on target when he addressed the financing because you didn't have another loan as stated, and that vehicle was in demand. We want to congratulate you on your purchase with us...but wish you wouldn't have tarnished the reputations of both Carlo and our dealership.

There is nothing inaccurate about my “claims”. I am refinancing today but as stated before I had a pre approved auto loan , with the check ready from pnc bank for $38,500 at 6.29%. Carlo though forced my hand to finance with u guys at a higher rate as “I’d have a much better chance at getting the car”. Don’t worry as advised by the pnc bank advisor I have reported your dealer to Audi for the unethical business practices u guys have. Have a great day, I hope you do better in the future.

I understand you guys want to save face, and try and claim I am not being truthful, but I already bought the car, I have 0 reason or motivation to make up lies. What I said is 100% accurate and my credit checks prove it. I had a check ready to go but as stated before Carlo claimed “I cannot guarantee that u will get the car if you don’t finance with us” again I have nothing to gain here, I just want people to know what they are getting into when dealing with your dealership. There is a reason your yelp reviews when searching your dealer on google is terrible (2.5/5) , and before u blame that on me too lol I’ve never made one. It’s just the truth, you guys are unethical. And Audi has taken note as they’ve received my report.
