Amanda greeted me as I walked and as it turned out, she was the sales person I had an appointment with. She had the vehicle I came to see freshly washed and ready for a test drive. Amanda’s Professionalism and attention to detail was a big factor for me driving home a different vehicle than the one I drove in with! I’d like to thank Carlo for putting me in touch with Amanda! Here's the revised version of the review: I had an incredible experience working with Carlo Gilli Jr., a sales representative at Audi Hoffman Estates, when purchasing my used 2017 Volvo S60. From star incredible experience working with Carlo Gilli Jr., a sales representative at Audi Hoffman Estates, when purchasing my used 2017 Volvo S60. From start to finish, Carlo was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. What stood out most was Carlo’s professionalism and genuine approach. Even though it was the end of the month and the end of the year—a time when sales representatives are often eager to close deals—Carlo was never pushy or overbearing. He didn’t try to pressure me into making a "buy today" decision. Instead, he took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and allowed me the space to make an informed choice. I highly recommend Audi Hoffman Estates and Carlo Gilli Jr. to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. Carlo’s friendly demeanor, honesty, and commitment to customer satisfaction make him a standout in the industry. If you want a car-buying experience that is pleasant and pressure-free, be sure to ask for Carlo! More

Carlo Gilli was very knowledgeable on the product and pleasant to work with. We did request information on the Q3 maintenance schedule and had to find it ourselves on the internet. The window sticker/Mo pleasant to work with. We did request information on the Q3 maintenance schedule and had to find it ourselves on the internet. The window sticker/Monroney Label was removed from the car before we took possession and we had to repeatedly request it, but we did finally get an e-mail copy of it from Mr. Gilli. When we sent the title of our trade in to the dealer via overnight mail, the dealer refused to sign for it and did not advise us that they received it. All seems well with the car and we like it very much. All in all our experience was reasonably good and we look forward to years of comfortable, dependable service from this vehicle. More
