From the moment he welcomed me into the dealership, Carlo was kind, funny, and attentive to my needs as a customer. He was patient while I searched for the right car for my family. Ultimately, I settled into a beautiful 2019 E-Tron. What I expected to be a painful evening of financing and negotiation was so flawlessly executed—Carlo was able to get me and my family into this vehicle in a matter of 2 hours, including an appraisal of trade-in.
