Nick wasn’t available but Lori took the service. Came in with an issue with transmission, couldn’t replicate the issue. Lack service and follow through with commitments after the sale was made. If I could return the car I would. There was a known issue with back up camera not working and it is still not resolved even after the sale was made. If I could return the car I would.
