Let me just say this dealership has earned itself life long customers! Carl was amazing and treated my fiancé and I like family after having a long and drawn out uneventful day at GMC RimRock. This salesman went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! He and the other workers tried very hard to make sure we had the best deal. When I get ready for another vehicle I hope Carl is still there or someone that has just as much character as he has. I cannot thank him and the staff enough for our experience and I look forward to working with them again in the future! More

Very clean/to the point/friendly service I came in to buy my very first car and decided upon Lithia Toyota of Billings. Carl Stokes came and presented himself as a salesman and showed me the I came in to buy my very first car and decided upon Lithia Toyota of Billings. Carl Stokes came and presented himself as a salesman and showed me the variety of camrys they had on the lot! Carl knew the camrys very well and made sure it was sanitary for me to use...he cleaned everything down in the two cars i test drove and made me feel very comfortable. I decided on the camry se and Carl helped me 100% throughout the whole process. It was so painless and quick to get me in my new car. I was very suprised by the cleanliness of the dealership...especially for the times. Thank you to Carl, Mike, Sarah and Patrick! what a great first experience! More

Amazing Experience! Carl Stokes made this a very easy buying experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME . My wife and I went in to look at some 4runners on 4/5/2020 and we test drove a preowend Toyota certified 4Runner with a sale man named Carl . The car had issues with it when we test some 4runners on 4/5/2020 and we test drove a preowend Toyota certified 4Runner with a sale man named Carl . The car had issues with it when we test drove it . When we went in to get prices on trading our 2017 Honda in for the used or a new one that we liked they tried to pressure us into signing paper work on a broke vehicle when we told them not untell it is fixed . They then tried to have us sign a paper saying we will buy if the price is write before any numbers were talked about . They refused to show us numbers on the new or use vheical and wasted 2 and half hours of our time and got no where . Horrible experience horrible attitude from manager and sales rep . Horrible inspection on cars they have on there lot . I have heard this from other people as well . I would stay away . If I could give 0 stars I would More

Professionalism to the max The truck I anticipated on purchasing was not a good fit. I was too petite. He recommended 2 other styles of vehicles and I decided on the last one The truck I anticipated on purchasing was not a good fit. I was too petite. He recommended 2 other styles of vehicles and I decided on the last one after extended test drives. Because of his patience and listening to me, he chose the perfect model and style vehicle. The test drives took longer thant he paperwork to complete. Very happy. More
