I have doing business with this dealership and Eric Burks for a long time now. They are top drawer and know how to take care of you. Eric checks on you and solves any problem before it is an issue. When you can't make up you mine which car you want, they don't pressure you just to make a sale. They genuinely want you to be happy with your purchase. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The services department is phenomenal. My salesman is Ghali Bazzi he's really a great guy. He's knowledgeable about the cars they sale, patient and makes your car buying experience great. I just purchased a 2020 GLE. I had other options, but I chose to stick with a place I can trust. Mercedes Benz of Birmingham ROCKS!!! More

Service departm I took my 2017 GLC 300 in for the 3rd recall only had to work on seat belt work was done quickly when they completed the work I saw my care leave the I took my 2017 GLC 300 in for the 3rd recall only had to work on seat belt work was done quickly when they completed the work I saw my care leave the dealership I don’t know why when I got it back the seat was reclined all ways back and the radio station was changed I turned radio off before I got there the volume was turned all way up I didn’t bring the car in for employee entertainment thi happens ever time I take it in one time at Hover two times at Irondale More
