Very disappointed in the service Bought my car from them and have always had them change the oil and the last time they said I needed new wiper blades so i said go ahead.....i was ove Bought my car from them and have always had them change the oil and the last time they said I needed new wiper blades so i said go ahead.....i was over the time for an oil change by 100 miles so the light came on...they did not turn the light off. Went to Auto zone to have the light turned off for FREE ...chris nickel did not even address the light with me....have been telling everyone that I was very pleased with this dealership, not so much now.... Professional & personable I have taken my 2019 RAM 1500 in several times for some accessory installations and minor recalls. Even though I didn't purchase the truck here, I hav I have taken my 2019 RAM 1500 in several times for some accessory installations and minor recalls. Even though I didn't purchase the truck here, I have been treated extremely well by service rep Carl Little and can't recommend him enough. I feel like Carl took a vested interest in the service work being done. He has gone to great length to update me regularly on the status of my truck while also knowledgeably answering any questions that arose along the way. In the event that he couldn't give an immediate answer, he would find out and relay the information back to me quickly. It has been a pleasure working with Carl and Chris Nikel is lucky to have him in their employ. More
