He could not have been kinder to us even though we were not shopping for a new car. The 2008 Toyota RAV4, blue, was perfect for us. We had been driving inherited cars for about 26 years--1995 Toyota Camry from Brad's brother and a Mercury Topaz that had been my Mom's car--both totaled in 2020 but by no fault of mine--speeding driver and fire in second car. Carl was a real blessing in finding the car best for us. Low mileage, super cared for by two previous owners. Carl is our new best friend! More

Carl Chestnut was quite helpful to me in the purchase of my car. However, the whole process started out poorly from a customer service POV. This was before I got passed to Carl. Day one, I had spoken to Jen my car. However, the whole process started out poorly from a customer service POV. This was before I got passed to Carl. Day one, I had spoken to Jenna and arranged to see and test drive the car. When I got there (1/2 hr drive) I was told the car was in the shop and I couldn't see it until the next day. Came back the next day, test drove it, but the rear hatch had not yet been fixed. So I would have to come back the next week so they could fix that. They did give me a loaner (I would hope so) and they finished the car in one day. The hatch is working fine now. However, I should not have had to keep going back there 4 times. The car should have been ready once it was advertised or I should have been advised that it would not be available the first time I went there and the hatch should also have been fixed prior to selling it.My first contact was Jenna so... Carl was actually a great help since I had a rental at the time that I had to return to Beaverton. Carl drove the new car to Beaverton to meet me where I dropped off my rental. He then gave me the keys to the new car and he took an Uber back to Gladstone. I really appreciated that. More
