I was more than a paycheck I worked with Carl, I had been working with other dealerships and got the feeling of being pressured into a color I did not want and the price just wa I worked with Carl, I had been working with other dealerships and got the feeling of being pressured into a color I did not want and the price just wasn't working. Carl and his team exceeded my expectations and now I am a very happy customer in the car I wasn't for a much better price than we expected to get. I recommend shopping for your next Toyota at Gladstone but highly recommend working with Carl. You will not be disappointed!! 5 STARS CARL! More

New TRD Pro, coming right up! did some online shopping, as their are 8 Toyota dealerships within 20 miles of me. Carl Chestnut was by far the most professional and personable sale did some online shopping, as their are 8 Toyota dealerships within 20 miles of me. Carl Chestnut was by far the most professional and personable salesperson that I met. He did a great job and I was out of the dealership in 2 hours - a modern day record in my life! Sami helped wrap things up and Tasny in Finance was funny and prompt. Great job everyone and I look forward to working with this store in the future! More

Pleasurable Business I was shopping for a car, and had been looking for nearly a month. I had some parameters,,, a CD player, 4 or all wheel drive, decent fuel economy, u I was shopping for a car, and had been looking for nearly a month. I had some parameters,,, a CD player, 4 or all wheel drive, decent fuel economy, used and preferably with no more than 63K miles on the odometer. I had a friendly gentleman call me and I made a loose appointment to meet with Carl at the dealership. We had a fun conversation about my ideals and shared some car buying anecdotes. Once we started some paperwork Carl introduced me to Wade for some help with creative financing and I ended up leasing a brand new Rav4 that ended up within my payment goals and filled the bill as far as what I was looking for. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and user friendly. I purchased some cross bars for the cargo rails, and the service manager and I had a chuckle as Carl and Wade set out to personally install them. I got a kick out of them willing to put in some effort to help and get their hands dirty. All in all it was a great experience and I believe that Wade and Carl were genuinely interested in seeing me get the best value for my dollar. I will do all my service at T of G just so I can say Hi to Carl and Wade, they deserve a bonus for their patient consideration ! More
