I left messages with no response. Need service and and warranty contract. My car needs a replacement of the driver's side mirror and the passenger front hubcap. The staff, from start to finish, were the epitome of professionalism. I had never bought a Kia, only German vehicles. Therefore, I was a little reticent about venturing into unknown territory. Roger exp professionalism. I had never bought a Kia, only German vehicles. Therefore, I was a little reticent about venturing into unknown territory. Roger explained every nuance, differences in packages and trim, ensuring that I made an informed choice. I have not experienced that level of expertise at BMW or Mercedes. Jason touched on all points of financing, which made it a quick and easy decision. Carl reviewed the different advantages to the numerous extended warranty levels, also making it a smooth transaction. I ended up with a top of the line vehicle, with the right amount of coverage, and an excellent interest rate. All in all, the staff are an amazing group, providing me with the peace of mind that I made the best choice for my wallet and my family! More
