I have been a proud Bill Utter Ford employee for 38 years. I owe an extreme amount of gratitude and support for my involvement in community service to Bill Utter Sr. Not only did he support my involvement, he almost insisted on it. Whether it was Denton Chamber of Commerce, United Way, North Texas Fair, Economic Development Boards, Greater Denton Arts Council, Our Great Universities or any other entity, I know he was proud of any role I may have played in the community. He showed by example of which I am grateful!

I've been trying to get a new car. I been asking the sales person who has been not doing anything I asked for. They are greedy sales manager. Didn't even bother looking at my deal. I even had a co signer to help me out still won't help me out. I mean why even bother selling cars I hope Mr utter fires his sales manager for this. More

2020 Escape in for service. Windshield bottle left empty, I’m not even sure the oil got changed. Found the hose to the drivers side windshield spray nozzle had fallen off. I’ll take care of “MY” customer. Yet you still expect my wife to pay the bill. Wow 😳 More

The sales team at Bill Utter Ford has always treated my wife and me with respect and helped us with our purchase. The service dept. has a real team work approach starting with the porters at the entrance wife and me with respect and helped us with our purchase.
